He was born in Van. After completing his primary, secondary and high school education in Van, he graduated from Konya Selçuk University Faculty of Medicine. He received various trainings in Italy for a long time. He completed his compulsory service in Van province where he was appointed by the Ministry of Health. Thanks to his interest in Traditional and Complementary Medicine, he followed the trainings and studies in this field and actively participated in these studies.

The necessity of a holistic approach that evaluates all personalized systems together and treatments that are in harmony with the body's nature was obvious.

Upon the recognition of Traditional and Complementary Medicine methods by the Ministry of Health and the establishment of chairs in universities, he started training in Traditional and Complementary Medicine at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University and became one of the first physicians authorized in this field.
